All 10-Days were recorded (11 Modules) during the Live Challenge on February 11-20th, 2024. When you purchase the course, you will receive an email with all 11 Modules. Each Module will have an auto-generated passcode associated with it that must be entered when first viewing it. The idea is to watch one module per day for 11 days and complete the therapeutic exercises or activities in the module for that day.

The benefits of joining the LIVE meeting is that you will have the opportunity to ask your questions in the chat AND get 1:1 support from Amy, the lead therapist, when you reach out through email regarding your specific concerns.

 

Each day, Amy will provide you with a brief mini lesson about our pelvic health and then you will proceed as a group to do a pelvic floor awareness breathwork exercise.

 

These are therapeutic exercises, safe for anyone who may be experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction symptoms such as prolapse, diastasis, incontinence, etc. These are gentle and safe exercises, even for those newly postpartum, whether you've had a vaginal birth or cesarean. These exercises are also helpful for those who are not experiencing dysfunction and want to become better connected to their pelvic floor. These exercises can help strengthen and increase range of the pelvic floor and ultimately improve pelvic floor health and blood flow/lymphatic flow through this area.

 

This is also great for anyone who has had surgery in the pelvic or abdominal area, and/or has unaddressed scarring in this area.

 

This course will teach you the steps to take to become connected with your inner core unit, including your deep abdominals (the transverse abdominis), not just your pelvic floor.

 

During the LIVE meeting, Amy will take a few minutes to go over the therapeutic exercise(s) which will then be completed as a group. At the end of the exercise portion, Amy will answer questions from the chat. 

 

If you are unable to join LIVE and have questions after watching each replay (which will be emailed to you after), you can email questions to amy@bodymotionandlovemechanics.com and they will be answered in the subsequent meeting. If you purchased the course after the Live Challenge ended, you will receive email responses to your questions.
