Our lead pelvic floor therapist provides a brief personal account of her experience with midline separation and exercise in this guide. This guide also provides you with a therapeutic technique and exercise you can begin incorporating in your daily life to begin healing your diastasis recti (images and demonstration video included). This technique and therapeutic exercise is gentle enough and safe to perform even if you are immediately postpartum.
